Material:
a. 50 g pomegranate seeds / pearl, boiled
b. 30 g fro, thinly sliced, boiled with pandan leaves 1 LBR for 15 minutes
c. 2 LBR bread, diced 1 cm
d. 50 grams of peanuts peeled, fried
e. 100 gr green beans, boiled
Ginger Wedang material:
a. 1 liter water
b. 50 grams of ginger, crushed
c. 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed
d. 2 lbr pandan leaves, make a knot
e. 175 gr sugar
How to make:
1. Wedang Ginger: boil all the ingredients ginger, reduce the heat and keep hot until serving time.
2. Arrange all ingredients in a bowl hidang contents.
3. Ginger Wedang Pour hot.
4. Serve immediately hot.
