Potato soup Makassar
Materials
a. 60 grams of Cassava
b. 10 grams of bean sprouts
c. 1 egg Chicken Eggs
d. 40 grams of Beef
e. 1 slice Lime
f. Celery taste
g. 1 clove Garlic
h. to taste Pepper (Pepper)
i. 300 ml water
j. to taste Cooking Oil
k. Fried Onion taste
l. Soy sauce to taste sweet
m. taste Sambel
n Salt to taste
How To Make:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. finely crushed garlic and pepper grains. while boiling water to boil.
3. saute the ingredients are mashed. stir-fry briefly until fragrant. remove and set aside.
4. insert meat that has been diced. cover the pan and simmer until the meat becomes tender.
5. when it boils and the meat is tender. enter stir the seasoning. cook back. with salt, if desired may be added beef broth powder.
6. a serving dish. governance fried cassava, boiled bean sprouts, sliced boiled egg and slices of lemon.
pour the soup meat and give it a sprinkling of fried onions and celery
