Ice Rujak Bali

Material:
a. 250 grams of flesh grapefruit, shredded
b. 200 grams of pineapple, cut into small squares
c. 1 mango kweni, grated sawut
d. 1 cucumber, seeded,
e. 150 grams of yam, grated sawut
f. 1 red guava fruit mengkal, grated sawut
g. 1 piece kedondong, grated sawut
h. 1 lemon, take the water
i. 200 grams sugar
j. 200 grams of brown sugar
k. 1 tea spoon of salt
l. 1,750 ml of water
m. 3 tablespoons tamarind water 2 tablespoons of tamarind dissolved in 3 tablespoons water
n. 600 grams of ice cubes

Seasoning Uleg Smooth:
a. 5 pieces of red chili sauce
b. 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried

How to make:
1. Boil seasoning pestle, granulated sugar, brown sugar, water and salt together until fragrant.
2. Add the tamarind water and lemon water. Stir well. Lift.
3. Add the grapefruit, pineapple, mango, cucumber, jicama, guava, and kedondong. Stir well. Refrigerate.
4. Serve with ice cubes.
