Ampyang (Sugar Beans)
Ampyang ingredients Peanut (roasted),
a. 250 g Brown sugar (melted),
b. 250 g ginger (grated and squeezed) 5 cm
c. boiled water, 50 ml
How To Make Pastry Ampyang
1. Prepare a tray lined with baking paper, then print ampyang with the container.
2. Meanwhile, heat the sugar in a pan with enough water so that the additional sugar is melted.
3. Enter also squeezed ginger juice and roasted peanuts, and stir immediately before it hardens.
