Materials:
a. ¼ kg of mutton were still fresh, cut into squares being
b. Skewers of mutton that has been cut
Spices:
a. 10 red chili seeds
b. 2 kaffir lime leaves
c. 1 tablespoon vinegar
d. 2 tablespoons soy sauce and salt to taste
How to make:
1. goat meat in pieces and boxes being pierced with a skewer, continue to be burned
2. After mature can be served with spices made from sliced chilli, soy sauce, salt to taste and citrus leaves, pour the vinegar and sliced onion thinly sliced
