Ingredients:
  • 2 red peppers
  • 150 g cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 100 g potatoes, steamed and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 600 g button mushrooms, roughly chopped
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground vegetarian broth
  • 150 grams of cheese ozarella
  • 560 grams of flour panir

Sauce Ingredients:
  • 60 grams of yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
