Getuk Talas Roll
Materials
a. 500 grams of taro
b. 100 grams sugar
c. pinch of salt
d. 2 drops of food coloring
How To Make:
1. peeled taro, steamed and crushed ..
2. sprinkle with sugar and salt while continuing stirring, then the dough into two. Which one give the food coloring, which one let white.
3. flat white dough on plastic width, then sprinkle more sugar dough that d give dye on it.
4. then roll out and cut into pieces. Done.
