Timlo


Timlo is food from Solo, this is a kind of stew with various components of the ingredients that make it taste delicious. Some of the important components of this recipe are egg or meat and tofu. For the flesh can use chicken or beef.

Ingredients:


  • 8 sausages
  • 8 chicken liver gizzard
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cm Ginger (bruised)
  • 4 pieces of Orange leaves


Ingredients Boiled Egg:


  • 4 eggs chicken
  • 7 pieces of guava
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1000 ml water
  • 2 sheets leaf teak


Gravy Ingredients:


  • 2000 ml water
  • 400 grams of meat
  • 4 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • 6 grains of red onion
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for FRY)
  • 4 tablespoons fried shallots (for sprinkling)

How To Make :

  1. Stew chicken gizzard, liver garlic, pepper powder, salt, ginger, and orange until cooked. Then lift and drain.
  2. Make boiled eggs: poached eggs, bay leaf, salt, including teak leaves, and water. boil until it looks golden brown.
  3. To make the gravy, boiled with water until meat is tender.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot, then enter a bit of garlic and onion. Saute until fragrant, then pour into stew meat.
  5. Enter the pepper powder, salt, and sugar. Cook until done, then slices scallion and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Serve the food into the bowl with the organizing in advance of chicken gizzard, liver sausage, and eggs. then flush it with gravy and sprinkling with fried shallots.
