Chicken Rendang Padang Indonesia is one of the dishes that come from the field. The cuisine is famous for its spicy flavor and savory.
Ingredients :
- 1 whole chicken (wash, drain and cut into slices to taste (8-12 parts))
- 150 grams of potatoes
- 500 ml thick coconut milk
- 125 ml of liquid milk
- 100 grams of grated coconut (roasted)
- 2 pieces of lemongrass. Take stem white part only and then crushed
- 5 lime leaves (discard the stems and leaves download only)
- 2 sour fruit kandis
- 2 pieces of turmeric leaf medium size
Subtle Spices :
- 12 shallots (puree)
- 70 grams of red chili big
- 90-110 grams of curly red chili
- 4 pieces of garlic (crushed)
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 cm turmeric
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- pepper to taste
- 3 cm galangal
- 1 tablespoon salt
How to Make :
- Blend seasoning condiment that will pan (puree red chili, chili curly, ginger, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, brown sugar and salt until it is completely smooth).
- Prepare a rather large skillet. Give a little oil and seasoning rendang enter smoothed over into it. Stir stir briefly until fragrant smell.
