Talua tea (tea eggs) typical of West Sumatera

Ingredients
1. 1 egg yolk chicken / duck
2. 1 tablespoon sugar
3. 1 sachet Sweetened Condensed Milk
4. 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
5. 1 cup water
6. tea powder
7. Geprek 2 cm ginger (optional)
8. A little lime juice (optional)

How To Make:1. Beat the egg yolks + sugar + condensed milk + cocoa powder until slightly fluffy
2. Heat the water + tea powder + ginger geprek (opsinal) to boiling
3. Strain the water that has been boiling into the eggs, put lime juice (optional)
4. Enjoy
