Squid Stew
Material:
a. 5 fresh squid tail
b. 500 ml coconut milk
c. 3 tomatoes vegetable
d. 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
e. 1 sheet turmeric leaf
f. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
g. 1 tsp sugar
Ground spices:
a. 6 red onions
b. 3 cloves garlic
c. 4 red chilies
d. 1 cm ginger
e. 1 cm turmeric
f. 1 tsp coriander
g. 4 grains of walnut
h. 1 tablespoon salt
How to make
1. Clean the squid, remove the epidermis and the ink sac, then wash thoroughly. Flush with boiling water were given 1 teaspoon salt, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet, saute ground spices and lemon grass, turmeric leaf until fragrant.
3. Pour in the coconut milk spice stir, and cook until boiling.
4. Enter the squid and tomatoes, reduce the heat. Cook briefly until cooked squid. Remove and serve.
