Chicken Seasoning Yogyakarta
Materials
a. 1/2 kg of chicken country
b. 6 cloves of garlic
c. 1 handful of onion
d. 5 red chilies kriting
e. 3 large pieces of red chili sauce
f. 4 seeds fried hazelnut
g. 1 vertebra ginger
h. 1 vertebra turmeric
i. 1 vertebra galangal
j. 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
k. 1/2 tablespoon salt
l. 1/2 tablespoon coriander
m. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
n. 1 stalk lemongrass
o. 5 lime leaves
p. 3 bay leaves
q. 250 ml water
How To Make:
1. chicken pieces to taste, wash then drain.
2. geprek stalks lemongrass, finely shredded lime leaves, puree other spices.
3. mix in a pot of chicken, stalks lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf, spices.
4. add water and ungkep over medium heat until the chicken is tender,, ungkep, if the water has been shrinking and yet tender chicken of water can be added.
5. wait until the waters recede, turn off the heat, wait until cool, then split between chicken and spicy seasoning.
6. chicken meat that has been cooked can directly enjoy with spicy seasoning, or burned in advance, also can be fried.
