Banding Serani
Materials
a. 500 gr sized milkfish
b. 300 ml water
c. 1 tomato
d. 3 Cayenne red (orange)
e. 2 Cayenne
f. 1 clove garlic
g. 1 red onion
h. 1 piece starfruit
i. 1/4 slices galangal
j. 1 saffron
k. 1 lemongrass leaves
l. 1 bay leaf
m. 2 lime leaves
n. 1 tamarind fruit Java
o. 1 medium-sized ginger
p. 1 tea spoon of salt
q. 1 teaspoon sugar
r. 1 tablespoon cooking oil / margarine
s. 1 teaspoon Masako taste of beef
How To Make
1. Cut the banding was purged into 3 parts
2. Cut into pieces all condiments available, peppers, tomatoes, starfruit, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and ginger
3. Saute all ingredients including bay leaves, leaves of lemongrass and lime leaves
4. Enter the water already provided
5. Enter the fish that have been cut into pieces
6. Add salt, Masako, sugar and tamarind Java
7. Cook until fish cooked
8. Ready to serve
