Tofu Gejrot From Indonesia




Tofu Gejrot

Material :
a. 25 pieces out sumedang ready
b. 300 ml water
c. 60 ml soy sauce
d. 35 grams of brown sugar 

e. 5 tablespoons tamarind water
f. 8 red onions
g. 2 cloves of garlic
h. 10 pieces of green chilies (or to taste) 

i. salt to taste

How to Make Tofu Gejrot:
1. cut out sumedang already ready with the size according to taste
2. mix onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and brown sugar in a container (mortar) and then pulverized rough
3. pour water and then add the soy sauce and tamarind water into the pulverized spices, stir up into savory sauce
4. fill out the pieces that have been made into sauce, stirring until all know well blended with gravy
5. know typical gejrot cirebon ready to serve and ready to be enjoyed
