Spicy Chicken arsik
Materials
a. 250 g chicken thighs (next, without the cut)
b. 200 gr long beans (cut)
ground spices :
a. 20 pieces of green chilies
b. 4 shallots
c. 6 pieces of garlic
d. 2 segment turmeric
e. 1/2 segment ginger
f. 1 tbsp andaliman
g. 3 pieces of hazelnut
other spices:
a. 2 lbr lime leaves
b. 1 bay leaves
c. 8 pieces of green chilies (split 2)
d. 3 pieces of fruit kincong (crushed)
e. 1 piece of lemongrass (crushed)
f. 2 1/2 cups water
g. salt to taste
How To Make:
1. Enter the water, and all the condiments, wait until boiling.
2. Add chicken, try to sink into the water. then enter the string beans. make sure the salt is enough.
3. Wait until the water becomes dry. lift and serve.
