Manado porridge brown rice

Materials
a. 400 grams of brown rice
b. 200 grams of cassava, washing, diced
c. 200 grams of sweet potato, washed, peeled, diced
d. 2 stalks lemongrass digeprek
e. 1 bunch kale, washing, picking leaves, chopped coarse
f. 1 bunch of spinach, wash, pick the leaves
g. 1 piece of sweet corn, dipipil
h. 1500 ml of water

 
How To Make 

1. Boil water, insert sequential brown rice, cassava, yam, maize and lemongrass. Stir until thickened slurry
2. Add kale and spinach, stir a few moments, do not get too wilted
3. Lift and serve hot, accompanied by anchovies and sambal
