Curried Jackfruit typical Padang

Materials 

a. 1 young jackfruit is not too large (medium size) 
b. 200 grams of beef (cubed) 
c. 1 liter of coconut milk 
d. 1 liter of liquid milk 
e. 5 kaffir lime leaves (washed) 
f. 2 bay leaves turmeric (sliced) 
g. 2 stalks lemongrass (crushed) 
h. 5 pieces of cabbage (sliced) 
i. 1 bunch green beans (cut every 3 cm) 
j. sugar to taste 
k. taste gaam
l. 2 pieces kandis acid

material in puree: 

a. 3 cm turmeric 
b. 2 cm galangal 
c. 2 cm ginger 
d. 5 large red chilies 
e. 10 red onions 
f. 6 cloves garlic 
g. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper

How To Make:

1. jackfruit peel then cut into pieces and washed with water until it is benarbersih 
2. after washed, boiled jackfruit in boiling water until tender, then drain lift 
3. thin coconut milk boiled with spices paste, lime leaves, lemongrass and tamarind kandis 
4. insert chunks of beef, beans, cabbage and boiled jackfruit into coconut milk, wait until boiling 
5. Pour coconut milk and cook until cooked 
6. add sugar, salt, stirring until well blendedyoung jackfruit curry ready to be served
