Cacapan acid (mango)

Materials
a. 1 mango young
b. 3 shallots
c. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
d. 1/2 teaspoon salt
e. 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
f. sufficient water

 
How To Make:
1. Peeled mangoes cut into small squares tiny young or can be shaved.
2. Cut also the onion and cayenne pepper to taste.
3. Put into a bowl add the salt, flavorings, and warm water stir briefly.
4. Cacapan Mamud acid and ready to be enjoyed with anchovies plus warm rice
