Wedang Ronde

Materials to make: 
a. 150 gr glutinous rice is of good qualityb. 1/2 teaspoon fine saltc. 150 ml of hot waterd. food coloring to taste (optional)
e. 100 gr sugar   
f. 100 gr fried peanuts (puree)g. sufficient water to boil round

Ingredients to make the sauce: 

a. 3 kaffir lime leaves (leaf bone wasting) 
b. 1 vertebra ginger (crushed)
c. 3 stalks lemongrass white part (crushed) 
d. 200 grams of brown sugar (finely combed)e. 500 ml water

How to Make Wedang Ronde:a. made the rounds:   

1. Combine peanut paste with sugar, stir well (for a portion of it)   
2. Mix glutinous rice flour with salt then pour hot water until smooth while diuleni   
3. For the dough ronde into several parts and then give a few drops of food coloring, stirring until    evenly  
4. A ronde shape dough and the inside contents were given peanuts (do to finish)  
5. Boil ronde in boiling water until cooked

b. make the sauce:   

1. Boil sugar with water with lime leaves, ginger and lemongrass   
2. Wait until boiling, stirring, stirring until evenly   
3. Serve in bowls round and covered with brown sugar sauce   
4. Wedang ronde ready to be enjoyed
