Martabak Pandan Sweet Sesame Powder
Materials :
a. 150 grams flour
b. 2 tablespoons sugar
c. 1/2 tsp instant yeast
d. 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
e. 1/2 teaspoon salt
f. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
g. 1 egg
h. 250 ml liquid milk
i. 3 drops of pasta pandan
Sprinkling material:
a. Sugar
b. Toasted sesame
c. Butter (to spread)
d. Sweetened condensed milk white
How to make :
1. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla powder and yeast. Mix well and set aside.
2. Combine milk, eggs and pandan paste and stir well.
3. Mix the ingredients in step 1 and step 2 then stir until smooth and slippery. Add salt. Stir again. Cover the container with plastic wrap and rest the dough about 1 hour.
4. Once the dough is rested give baking soda and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a flat Teflon that has been preheated and spread thin with butter. Roll out the dough with a spoon to the edge of teflon. At this stage use a small fire.
6. If the surface of the dough has emerged pores, sprinkle with sugar to taste then cover and cook until the surface of Teflon martabak no longer moist.
7. Remove the teflon from the stove, remove martabak of teflon. Brush the surface with butter, sprinkle with toasted sesame and sweet condensed milk white. Martabak fold and cut into pieces. Martabak ready to eat.
