Grilled shrimp
 
Ingredients and Seasonings:
a. 1 kg large prawns
b. 2 limes
c. 3 shallots
d. 3 cloves garlic
e. 2 tablespoons butter
f. 4 tablespoons oil
g. Salt and vinegar to taste

 
How to make:
1. Shrimp cleaned, put lemon juice, vinegar salt, let stand until absorbed, continue to drain
2. Garlic, onion crushed, give oil, then cook until fragrant, then chill
3. Stir in butter, mix with shrimp let soak, then grilled over direct flame until cooked ovenatau and reddish
4. Serve while warm.
