Green banana ice
Green banana cake is actually a blend of cake and ice in the presentation, so popular is also known as ice or ice green bananas green bananas. Green banana cake is a typical food of South Sulawesi, especially in the city of Makassar.
Dadar material:
a. 200 g flour
b. 25 g of rice flour
c. 25 g starch
d. 300 ml coconut milk from 1 coconute. ½ tsp fine salt
Suji leaf water:
a. 100 ml water
b. 10 leaves suji
c. 3 pieces pandan leaves
Material contents :
a. 6 pieces of plantain, then peeled
Porridge Ingredients:
a. 100 g rice flour
b. 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
c. 1 pandan leaves, cut into piecesd. ½ tsp fine salt
Complement:
a. 200 ml coco pandan flavor syrup or syrup frambozen
b. 200 g gelatin bargaining boiled with coconut milk and red dye, diced
c. 250 g shavings of ice cubes
How to make :
1. Omelet: Mash pandan leaves and leaf suji with 100 ml of water, squeeze the water set aside.
2. Omelet Mix all ingredients and stir well. Filter. Heat a non-stick griddle, pour a ladle of batter. Cook until cooked and become thin omelet. Repeat until the dough runs out.
3. Take one sheet of fried dough, fill with 1 banana. Roll up and wrap up a fried dough covered bananas. Wrap with banana leaf. Steam for 20 minutes or until a ripe banana. Remove and cut into pieces. Set aside.
4. Porridge: porridge Mix all ingredients and stir well. Cook, stirring constantly, stirring until cooked porridge and texture thickens. Lift. Set aside.5. Solution: Prepare a serving bowl, put porridge, green banana slices, chunks of gelatin and shaved ice.6. Just before serving pour it with syrup or coco pandan syrup frambozen. Serve immediately.
