Bigka Cake

Materials:
a. 1/4 kg of potatoes that have been steamed and then mashed
b. 1 cup sugar
c. 4 eggs
d. 1 tablespoon flour
e. 1 cup coconut milk that has been boiled and then cooled
f. 1 teaspoon vanilla
 
How To Make:
     Combine sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs, potatoes and coconut milk. Stir until all blended. Then insert into a mold that has been spread with margarine sprinkled with flour and steamed until cooked for 30 minutes.
